Questions
What do I need?
A Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 13 or later, or a PC with Windows 10 or 11, plus Chrome, rekordbox 7 and your music in Dropbox or Google Drive. Your library also opens on the web when your computer is off. Safari and Firefox are coming soon.
Can I try Plus before I pay?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Plus with no card. After that you're on Free unless you subscribe.
What's free?
Everything in the Free column, with no time limit. On Free, one click fills store carts with up to 25 tracks a month.
Does Plus work on every device?
Yes. Your plan belongs to your b2b account, so it works wherever you sign in.
Does my back-to-back partner need Plus too?
No. Working on a playlist together is free for both of you.
How do I cancel?
At link.com, which handles b2b's payments. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my tags and playlists if I go back to Free?
They stay in your library, and nothing is deleted. Plus features stop working until you subscribe again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Write to support@b2b.audio within 14 days of a first payment or a yearly renewal and it's refunded in full, once per account.
