Import from the rekordbox database

The database import runs on this Mac with the toolkit — the app itself never touches master.db, and the toolkit only reads it. From the toolkit folder:
python3 extract_playlist.py "Playlist name" snapshot.json
npm run build
python3 build_player.py snapshot.json index.html --merge index.html
That pulls waveforms, cues, beatgrids and MyTags straight from rekordbox. The XML route (rekordbox: File → Export Collection in xml format) does the same thing from inside the app — without waveforms, which rekordbox doesn't put in XML.
